That was eye-opening, and I adjusted a few things after seeing things laid out like that. Although I now have items with numbers like '2.5' and '2.7'. So I always think of soup and stew as the same thing, but stoup is the cutest name for a cross between! I'm intrigued by this book because I am a huge veggie lover and have contemplated (recently) becoming (or trying to become) a pescetarian (sp?). I love fish so I could never give that up, but the point would be to really up the veggies in my diet! I'll have to google this author :-) Hmm.
